Hi there,
We have owned our 19MY D5 since November last year, and it's always had a fault with the auto steering column not adjusting when you change / select a different seat memory than the current user. (Seat memory & mirror memories are working just fine)]
Also, the steering column only adjusts in minute increments each time the toggle switch is moved to adjust the column, that is to say, to go from fully in to fully out will need 15 inputs to the toggle switch. Exactly the same happens for the up and down motion.

Having a Jag as our other car with the identical auto steering column adjustment, which can be done in one action of the column adjustment toggle, we know this isn't as expected.

As our car wasn't purchased from a LR dealer, we couldn't get this issue resolved before taking delivery.

Is there anything I should be looking for within the car that could be causing this such as a blown fuse, or is this a programming issue or even a column hardware issue?

Any pointers really appreciated.
