Low engine coolant warning twice and then nothing, should we be worried?

Had the low engine coolant warning light yesterday twice, then nothing since, anything to be concerned about, how do we check thanks?

ok looked and its low, where can we buy some from please for delivery, don't want to drive it. Which one from Halfords do we get?
