New Indicator lights!

I have just had the dreaded brake discs, pads and sensors replaced on my 5 series after 21,000 miles. OK. It had to be done but since I got it back there are some new indicators on the instrument panel. Any idea? They were never there before. I have owned it for 2 years now. The bars turn green when in motion but not in reverse.

I used to have them, they then disappeared after a service but they’ve returned after my last service. They’re eco indicators. Accelerator, revs & braking. If they’re green you’re driving ok. If you accelerate hard, rev high or brake aggressively then the bars will go from green to amber to red. You can get rid of them by pushing the button ok the end of one of the stalks.
