100k service and belts/tensioners cost

Our Disco 5 is getting near 100k so next service is apparently the larger service plus belts, tensioners etc.

We use an independent specialist local to us who updates the LR service schedule on line too.

Been quoted £1,900 all in with vat etc.

Is this reasonable ?

Did ours in may at local LR specialist went for about 1600Gbp- inc VAT Stockholm- Sweden.

That sounds pretty close to what I paid for a similar service on my Disco 5. I went with an independent specialist too, and the price was lower than a dealer but still pricey. The key thing is making sure they’re covering everything—belts, tensioners, and any other bits that might come up. If they’re updating the service schedule online and you trust them, I’d say it’s a fair price. Just double-check for any hidden costs before going ahead.
