My car does not seem to want to connect to the Internet using my SIM or wifi. It sees both but will not login. I can see it in inco trol and it may be a broken TCU. I would like to make sure it's not a firmware issue though.

Mine seems to be 19Cxxxx

When I look on the land Rover site the latest update showing is 19B so I'm a bit confused.

I'm interested in trying a downgrade using USB if possible.

Anyone with a similar year car now what they have and when updated?

I’ve had similar issues with my car’s TCU not connecting, and it turned out to be a firmware thing for me. If you're on a 19C version and the latest on the Land Rover site is 19B, it could be a mismatch or something that hasn't been updated for your model yet. I wouldn’t recommend downgrading via USB unless you’re really confident about it, as it could cause more problems. I’d suggest reaching out to Land Rover directly to confirm your firmware version or check with other owners on the forums who might’ve had the same issue with a similar car.
