My coolant leak on 2017 3.0 td

Hello there, just had this fixed on my car and cost £2600 for a £125 pipe, it goes up in the rear suspension area and required the subframe to be removed, had a little moan at landrover and all they said is we don't do good will for wear and tear items if enough people complain about this it should be a manufacturer defect as its designed wrong and should be fixed for fraction of the cost.

Hope noone has the same but this should not cost this much for a poor design

Gumbo, interested as to what the pipe is. Noticed today that my car had a wet patch under the back. Touching and sniffing the fluid in the patch its not diff oil.
Then later today got a coolant level warning pop up. Topped up and it seems OK for now but I can bet it will come back.

Any details you can share about where the pipe is so I can try and check it out ?
