Leaking sun roof drains

I have a 2017 First Edition, Yesterday I found water dripping from my front roof control panel , I immediately assumed a problem with the panoramic sun roof, I have tested the 2 front drain holes, ( as the car was on a downward slope) they are not blocked as water ran away from each front corner, however although water ran away from under on the O/S wheel arch ( strangely for both the right and left drain hole) … I had a lot more water drip through the control panel…So I’m thinking there is something wrong with the connection of the piping above the roof lining/ control panel , has anyone else had a similar problem… and thoughts of a fix ?… has anyone got a technical drawing that could assist me ?..
