Marc, if you do not have the software update screen then the only thing I can think is that you still have the very original software.
The first versions of the Incontrol Pro software were very flakey.
At some point there was what appeared to be a major change and the look and layout changed to the current style.
The latest version is Phase 5 which I am hoping they are installing at the moment on my car.
Read this thread from 2017 for Phase 3 and check if your screen looks the same.

There are other threads on Phase 4

Craig- I have scrolled through all my menu but can’t find anything near service mileage or date due... tyre pressures etc, noticed my oil check is unavailable too...
Jim- yes time must be on the original as my icons are the old school version... you say we’re good n 5 now, that’s a lot I’ve missed out on.. Hope you have got your sorted so you can tell me what I could of had 😩. I take it your garage inform you or is it a case of checking on-line... is it free?

Thanks for all your input Gents, at least now I have a better idea and understand how greatly I have been done over 🤪

The items Craig asked about are in the menus controlled by the steering wheel and appear on the dash.
Yes you have to get the dealer to update the software and is free. If you update it is slicker, fewer bugs and the option for Apple Carlay and Android Auto.

Hi Marc the oil level is only visable when the engine is off and has been for a little while. As with the miles to next service and miles to def top up they are only available when engine stopped and just the ignition on. Top picture is of mine. It was only curiosity just to see when the service was last carried out admitted there isnt a date attached just to calculate the remaining miles. clearly you are running old software hope you get sorted.

3650 miles to service that would equate to about 800 miles in mine. Not sure what we do with this information but at least you know where it is. 😁
Also see what it gets reset too. Keep us informed.

Learning everyday thanks to your guys input.
Just dig out my 165 multi-point inspection on purchase Aug 18, it clearly states all software updates, so I should of been on Version 3 or 4.... Naughty naughty LR, someone has been caught out! 😁.
I can only hope all is sorted and come Wednesday I shall have a very Positive post for you all 😉
