Warranty: Direct or 3rd party?
Our warranty is ending soon on our 2017 HSE. We have been quoted £99 a month for the direct Landrover warranty which covers everything. Should we take this out or is there any good 3rd party warranty providers who offer the same level of cover cheaper thanks.
I took mine out with warranty direct. Like all warranties you only find out how good they are when you make a claim. I haven't been in that position as yet. Reading on other forums the LR warranty has the advantage that they deal with everything related to the claim where as warranty direct make you jump through a few hoops or so I'm led to believe. It should also be noted that the LR warranty is through a 3rd party and not LR AND doesn't cover everything like the manufacturer's warranty . Obviously warranty direct is quite a bit cheaper. You pays your money and makes your choice.
