Tyre, Paint & Wheel insurance

When I bought my Disco I took out the wheel, paint and tyre insurance. It came in to its own with a couple of wheel scuffs having misjudged the kerb when I first got it (adjusting to the size difference from a freelander). I just put in another claim and got a response that the insurer has gone in to liquidation and all claims are on hold.
Has anyone else experienced this and got anywhere with the repairs or spoken with their dealer for a replacement deal?
