Speed sensitive volume

I have an 05/18 HSELux with meridian surround sound. Do they have speed sensitive/dependant volume for the radio etc, and if so how is it accessed to turn on & set up? Dammned if I can find anything in the settings but I did find a reference in the ‘handbooks’ on the LR website under the owners section.

Mine has but its a different system to yours. So not a lot of use to you sorry.
