InControl Phase 4 Issues

I got the Phase 4 software updated Software Version: s18b_18.28.4-188194

New update seems hanging/stuck at Software Update on InControl Touch Pro.

Anyone who is aware, how to hard reset or hard reboot the system?

or do i need to visit the dealer again :cry:

Do you have a SIM card installed?

Yes I have , tried to remove but no luck

I only ask as it is not showing on the top line of icon's

You have a WiFi symbol where I would have expected to see the SIM card signal strength.

Maybe turn that off? Just a theory that the update only uses the SIM data option?
