Hi
I’ve done the update; but when I plug the USB into to car nothing happens, should anything come on the navigation screen ?
I assume the USB should auto play ?

You plug it into the USB socket closest to you in front of the armrest and it should auto play.
The HereV1 folder should have 751 folders and be around 23.2 GB in size and be FAT32

It’s got all the folders on the USB stick it all downloaded, but when I plug into the car it just doesn’t auto play.
Have tried both USB ports but nothing comes up on the nav screen

When I plug it into the other USB, I get a message saying format not recognised, are you sure your USB's are working?
Can you plug a music stick into the other USB and access it? Have you ever used them before?
There have been reports of duff USB and SIM ports.

When I plug a music stIck into the USB I get format not supports multimedia, but nothing on the USB with map updates.

Hey jimbg
Got it working, plugged it in nothing happened so left in USB socket and went out in my car.
After about 30 minutes the instructions came up on the screen.
All updated and done
