When I first picked up my car LR didn't have pricing on service plans so they've now called me to offer 5 years at £749. Does anyone have previous experience of service plans with LR and if so - good / bad / should do?

Thanks, Mike

I read somewhere that it used to be 699. So slight increase. But that same 749 figure is what everyone is hearing.

Hi,

£649 for SD4 2.0? so yours is 3.0l?

As 3.0l is every 12 months service and 2.0l is 24 months months I think the 2.0l is overpriced?.

Both get as much ADBlu as you need withing mileage/time?

Yes it's 3L. I talked to my LR dealer today and they don't have any service pricing available but he felt that the plan would make sense based on what he'd seen with other vehicles.

For the 3l it is good value.

I had a RRS 3 and 5 years servicing would have cost £2ish- Not available in 20133 .Never checked it out Is it 4 or 5 services ??

Thanks for the extra info. I think it depends on the mileage to how many services it covers but from what I understand they do set a maximum allowed mileage within the 5 years. In theory for my miles it will be 1 service a year so it should have paid for itself after year 2 or 3.

Correct, there are different prices for mileage.
The base price is for 50k I think and then 70k or something,
But as I suggested saying, the 2l is only 2 services in 5 years not 5 as for the 3l!!
