apps

Hi, Just picked up my beautiful new Discovery, really pleased with it, "but" within a few days I have water running down the inside of my windscreen. Not too happy but it's being fixed next week.
I am more annoyed with the apps, got the remote thing working a treat but try to sign in on the route app and it tells me that I don't have an account with my email address ???? The landcover guy is clueless so I'm hoping that someone here can help plleeease :))
