Incontrol Route Planner not working - CRC don't help!

so guys, an update from my end...

I sorted out a sim card and put that into the car. Then added my LR route account to my profile in the car. So now when I log into the LR routing site and search for and add a destination, I have the option when I start sat nav in my car, of using it! So the actual connectivity between account and sat nav works! Hurray!!

Plus, as of this morning, when I go to the services tab (where it would originally say I had no car added) - it shows up my VIN number and a list of optional maps I can purchase! (and also an update to the current one).

At last!

Thank you CRC, a bit like London Transport - you might take a while, but you get there in the end!

I too have the same issue with my 2018 Range Rover Sport HSE. First two months, the app worked fine, after that, when I try to log into the app, it tells me "can't find vehicle"
It works fine if I log in to the website: https://landrover.here.com. I can sync destinations with the car, see my journeys, etc, so obviously my car is connected, but the app won't work.
I called customer service 1 month ago, and they still were not able to fix it.

I am sorry to learn that you have experienced concerns when logging into your Incontrol account.

Should you require any further assistance please kindly PM me your vehicle identification number along with your full address and the email address that is linked to your Incontrol account.

Please could you also provide any screenshots of any error messages you may have received.
