LED Matrix headlights

As a result of an encounter with a deer, I need a new headlight. i am told that such are not currently available due to the international shortage of 'chips'.... does anyone have any idea where or how I could source such. To note, the repair is being handled by a main LR dealer and it is they who are telling me of the spares problem so in this note I am somewhat clutching at straws!
