Engine management light and loss of power towing

Hse lux 68 plate - 48000 miles had for 2 years .. 4th time light has came on Nox sensor changed twice, ad blu crystals cleaned and now light back on day after the new sensor was fitted … have noticed on occasion that towing 2 big horses the vehicle struggled a bit but not all the time and also pulling out from a junction(without horse box) the vechile was sluggish .. has anyone experienced this before
