Hi everyone, I’ve had Landrover models most of them but just bought a 2ltr d disco 5 auto , full history one owners ect , I’m baffled, the coolent light comes on I top it up in comes on again , can’t see any leaks even when parked over dry floor in garage, I went to main dealership who had a look they couldn’t see any obvious leaks but think water POSs getting through exhaust via air charger ? There are no tail tell sightings of oil in water or vicer vercer

I had this same issue. It took the Beadles several attempts to diagnose a Charge Cooler failure. The engine had already been changed under warranty but the fault wasn’t covered as the Dealer said it didn’t constitute an ‘engine part’. JLR wouldn’t offer goodwill support as the vehicle was bought used outside of their network. £1,100 lighter as a result. I hope you have better luck.
