I am new to this system but am having snags with getting the rear entertainment system to work. I havent yet set up the incontrol app yet and don’t know if it will solve the problem.

I have synched the remote but can’t get it to play dvds or TV and when I press the dvd button on the remote it brings up the climate controls. Tv and dvds work fine on the front screen.

Have you tried to control it from the front screen only, not using the remote?
