I’ve got an issue with one head rest screen not allowing me to browse to the mp4 stored on a USB. It gets stuck on the Artists selection, which of course it can’t find anything as there is just mp4 on the USB. I usually click over to the right 4 dots and I’m able to select from a list of the MP4 files on the USB stick.

I can browse fine on the other head rest. I’ve tried swapping the USB stick into different ports and also swapping the USB stick, but to no avail. Problem is something specific to that headrest.

Any ideas? Thank you - driving me nuts.
