In control for iPhone won’t open on infotainment pro

Has anyone else had this problem. My car is a 2019 HSE and this afternoon I finally managed to get the Spotify app on the vehicle system to work. However, this evening the car won’t allow me to select the in-control for iPhone from the car and my iPhone will only connect via Bluetooth. Any clues?
