Hill starting Disco slips backwards

Just bought a 2018 Discovery 5. HSE 3-0 lt. When starting from our driveway which has a slight downwards incline the car will roll back a foot just before the acceleration takes it forwards. A previous Discovery 4 and Discovery Sport never did this even though I had just relied on the 'Park' setting on the auto gear selection. I have noticed that the D5 does require more pedal depression to commence acceleration than the Sport although it certainly can accelerate quickly. Just wondered if this is a feature that I need to get use to or whether it is possible to have the throttle setting adjusted. I appreciate that I can physically apply the electronic park brake to stop rear roll back.

No that sounds wrong, it should be like your other LR's.

Looks like a trip to the dealers.
