Hi chaps... a day late but got my girl back. All updates done and allegedly they have put apple car play on for delaying my vehicle for another day... supposed to be £280 but they threw it in as a sweetener.... So he says.... not had a massive play with it yet but connectivity was bang on and fast... Very pleased.
Cheers for your input that helped get me the this point.... Now I need to find something to Tow lol

Just had our 18 Luxury updated.
After a service was due, I asked for the system to be updated while they had it.
They said it was chargeable, but I told them it wouldn’t update using my phone as tethering. After a week of having it, they told me it needed a new module and then it updated first time with apple play etc.
