Acorn . You got the choice between black or acorn as a no supplement option. Must admit I was a little nervous about it as always had black interior. But I'm really happy with it.

Hello CraigP, hope you don't think this rude bringing this up or asking about, and perhaps its just the way the pics came out, but it seems like a lot of your interior black surface areas that for at least all other pics I have seen have been glossy black, for yours seem to have a matted like finish.

I might point out the dif where there seems to be a gloss finish around the upper air vents and top of the shiftier selector knob, but then around the computer screen, the HVAC controls, and parts of the center console, those parts aren't shinny.

Kinda just asking as for me I am a bit worried so much of thing like that would be glossy as while they may look great new, I think they will really show scratches, but if there is some option I could ask for where most of those were matted, I might consider that.

Thanks greatly

Just been to look, you are correct they are Matt that's all I can add not really noticed what the HSE is like, don't get me wrong I have seen the HSE but can't remember what it's like. It certainly wasn't a choice that's the way it came.

Huh interesting.

Yeah, I just took a look at the US Config build thing and looks like the SE has more of a matt finish in that although its not all that obvious.

Then the two rails to each side of middle dash on yours are glossy, where as the HSE has what looks like a aluminum finish, as well looks like the tab on the center of the middle air vents has a tiny aluminum insert.

Probably are a few other diffs too.

Personally I think yours looks better.

Also am I right that your cup holder part does not have a slider that comes out to cover that whole part?

Correct no slider. Spent ages looking to see if it had got pushed well in. Also no secret cubby holes that the HSE has.
