https://www.discosportforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5379&start=210 I think this explains it. Although just spoke to my dealer who is saying that my car will get a oil change + new filter and a software update to stop this early service warning coming up again. Will know better tomorrow wh...

Ok just read the bullertin. Not good reading. However just checked with dealer and mine is covered by warranty. But must say very disappointed they are blaming it on driving style and not excepting it as a poor design.

Mine is waiting to go in for a oil change. As far as i understand, it will be covered by warranty or the 5 year service pack i took out. So at this time im not too worried. I suppose it comes down to how long you intend to keep the car. Hopefully they will find a fix so not to effect resale in the f...

Wecome as above a great car, and in my opinion a leap forward on the D4.

Re: TDI 3 litre fuel consumption
I think the 24mpg relates to towing a twin axle caravan. Dont panicTelemarkskier wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2018 9:28 am Is that a typo? Should it = 42 mpg?
24 mpg would be a disaster in my terms! Just re-read your post and that mpg was while towing.

I have read on other posts that this is covered by warranty for replacements (as it should be) so contact your dealer.

Re: Rear Storage
After seeing the above picture i thought i would have a look mine again. It seems the little cubby hole had grown in my mind.
I could have sworn it was bigger i thought i had a tool bag and other things in there. Turns out i only had the other things no room for the tool bag.
