Alarm sensors

On my previous Disco 3&4 I was able to permanently disable the alarm sensors by unchecking the option in the security settings. When I do this on my Disco 5 it turns the sensors back on each time I restart the car. Can anyone confirm if theirs does the same, or do I have a fault.
Cheers.

Re: Tea cup alert !!!!

You are quite correct, I was looking for "Tea Cup Alert", and missed the Driver Fatigue Alert on page 82.
Shame, I had visions of myself trying to avoid oncoming crockery!

Tea cup alert !!!!

Checkout page 451 of the handbook. Unfortunately I can't find any more info on page 82 as to what the Tea cup alert could be, or sadly what the warning light would look like.

Guess the tech author was bored on a Friday afternoon!!

Child locks and 2nd row seats

Just a quick bit of info for anyone who thinks their 2nd row seats have developed a fault. Apparently the child lock switch not only dead locks the doors, and disables the electric windows it also inhibits the electric recline function. LOL, CD players were just coming out, and SatNav was not in the dictionary when I was at Solihull!
They were still making the 2 door Range Rover when I left!

Re: Newest InControl Touch Pro Software

Thanks, I will ask my dealer about this when it goes in to have a few niggles sorted tomorrow. I'm currently on version 20.14-1165. Can anyone tell me If their in control system is able to display Album artwork from the gracenotes database when using Bluetooth? I'm 99% sure the demonstrator I tried ...

Hello

Hi, just bought a 2.0 HSE in corris grey. So far so good apart from the 2nd row seats not reclining. I was a Land Rover B.I.W. design engineer many years ago which probably explains my affection for Landys. I have at one time or another owned all five discovery models, and a Defender 90 which I drov...
