Re: Vibration between 80-110 kph / 50-70 mph
I have a March 2018 D5 HSE Lux, and have never had anything like that. The speed you are mentioning (50-70 mph), is probably the most popular kinds of speed I do every day, so if i'd had any kind of vibration like that i'd have complained loudly to LR! Sounds like you are being given excuses, I woul...

Re: Rear screens
I find that using a USB with either .AVI .MP4 or .MKV files works very well for watching films in the rear. Great thing also about this is that the two screens can watch different films both from the same USB! It even lets the two screens watch the same film at different times! (i.e. one screen migh...

Re: Hey Hi everyone
Hi, welcome! I would check your legal rights as i'm sure you have a lot in the first 30 days of ownership. Having said this i'm thinking you are in the UK, is that right? If it is then you can simply reject the car. I'm speaking from experience as I had an issue a few years ago with a car we had not...

Re: TDI 3 litre fuel consumption
Had a trip up to the NEC in Birmingham over the Easter holiday from Hampshire, so about 110 miles one way. I averaged 44mpg which, for a car this heavy, I think is really good.
lol, mind you my son has a BlueMotion Polo, and he took the trip up there - 79mpg on average!

Re: Fat plate or skinny?
The strange thing here is that my March 2018 HSE Lux is direct from LR (on a LR Lease) and it has a very thick number plate fitted!?

Re: Oil Dilution Issue
Hi Sanjiv
this is a very well known issue and requires a software update. Sounds like the garage is taking you for a ride!
See this link https://disco5.co.uk/forum/thread732.html
Hopefully this will help you claim back any money you have paid for this un-needed work

Re: Head up display and Tyre pressure monitor
I think the Tyre Pressure Monitor System (TPMS), is standard on all models? My experience of it isn't wonderful, when the temperature fluctuates, the system can start sending warning messages about your tyres being under inflated, however it did help when I had a puncture and was about to drive off....

Re: Loss of audio sound
I have had a similar problem where my audio sound comes out very low when i'm using Sat Nav and trying to listen to DAB. When I cancel the current Sat Nav directions, the sound all of a sudden comes on high... weird!

Re: Newest InControl Touch Pro Software
Got my car back, but they haven't updated the infotainment to V3.. Done all the other updates, but apparently they said this was still not fully working, so they didn't want to take the chance...
