Re: Software updates and vehicle recalls by Land Rover.

Just remember DONT PAY for more information if your vehicle needs the update. If there is a recall there, call your dealer as they will have all the information free of charge, they dont like booking you in for just one update if it is cosmetic or minor and you havent reported the issue, It was a so...

Re: Car rejection - charged for mileage?

The car has 8000 miles on it. After a few more issues with the dealer ignoring the 2018 prices and using the 2017 as a starting point that I finally got resolved by a very helpful general manager they have now stated I wont pay any extra than the 8000 miles if I continue to use it (that is unlikely ...

However they are asking for 40p per mile that I don’t think is right as if they had built the car correctly in the first place it would have not been re...

Re: Software fault - no upgrade, no communication

Re: HUD and Speed Limit s when in France

In France at the moment and it does read the signs etc and its great. The most annoying thing is the sat nav is still in miles and not km and there doesnt seem to be a way to change it.

Re: HSE Luxury electronic problems

We have the same and now the speakers are crackling when warning tones sound. SatNav is slow and freezes now and its routes ... well a smart car would struggle on some of the roads so losing confidence in it.

Re: Tow bar

Delivery of my First Edition suffering further delays. Apparently the dealer fit electric deployable tow bar has an issue (as do all orders with electric deployable tow bar). Have been told to expect 4-6 week wait for suitable replacement kit. Other models with factory fit specified also appear del...
