You've made me reconsider! Always worries me about the dealer tutting at the hard wiring when any work needs doing. I've hidden the cable as suggested and made use of the cigarette lighter in the top glove box.

Yes - that’s what I might have to do it’s just that with the hard wire option and picking up the switched and permanent live you then can use the parking mode on the dash cam to record whilst the car is locked.

Hi All Hoping someone can help me please. I’ve just traded my DS for a proper Disco 5 and am struggling to hardwire my Garmin 56 dashcam.
