Wow.
I can't believe it took them so long.
Sounds to me like their tecs aren't very clued up on software.

Re: Incontrol Route Planner not working - CRC don't help!
Sounds to me like JLR need to spell out exactly how the software is supposed to be setup. If some people have stuff working then all infotainment systems of the same type and age will also work. We need a step by step. Such as if you change your car you need to delete your account. (Ie. Deleting you...

Re: What have I done.....
I chose the D5 over a range rover autobiography so no arguments from me on your choice

Re: Hello from Sunny (well, sometimes) Devon
Hi welcome to the group
I had a similar experience
I had five cars on my shortlist and decided to hire each one for a few days and decide which one I liked the best.
A D5 was the second car I hired - I didn't hire anything after that, I knew I'd found my vehicle.
Cheers
AJ

Re: Spare wheel message
It's almost certainly due to the weather cooling down. The pressure is reducing.
I'd recommend adding about 5PSI and see if the notification goes away.
It's a hassle I know but far more hassle if you get a flat in the snow when it's dark, you're in the middle of nowhere and your spare is flat too

Re: Visit to Solihull factory
I just googled "Landrover Solihull factory tour" There's the cheap one that I went on for £49 per person And a VIP tour for £325 for two people. They also have off road course there and a shop it's all in the same place. Three is a lot of stuff in the shop but not much that I wanted. You c...

Re: Visit to Solihull factory
I learned a lot about the disco that I didn't know before. There's 14 self threading bolts holding body to running gear. Factory is amazing, our guide said they have more robots there than in any other car making plant in the UK across all of the makes. Said if the robots encounter a prob they play ...

Visit to Solihull factory
I went round the Solihull factory yesterday on one of their experience tours with a couple of friends. Had a great time. The folks running the experience centre were brilliant. They say it takes 72 hours to build new discovery which shares the track with Range Rovers, and a new car rolls off the lin...

Re: Valve caps that are impossible to remove!
Are the caps aluminium?
If so avoid them!
I fitted fancy aluminium caps and they corroded onto the valves so bad the the guy wrecked all four valves trying to get them off.
New valves with pressure transmitters ain't cheap
